If you are a Regional or Nationwide Occupational Health Services (OHS) provider and want to use our network of Occupational Physician services, you can opt for one of the following options.

 

Option 1: We will see a patient/employee on your behalf and produce an OH report which you can forward to the referring manager 'as is'. We will use our consent form and follow our consent process. We will provide a copy of the report to the patient/employee as per their consent and then forward it to you. You will be responsible for sending the report to the referring manager. We will never contact your customer i.e. the referring manager.

 

Option 2: We will see a patient/employee in our clinic and provide a clinician-to-clinician report. Your in-house occupational health doctor/nurse can then produce a final report to the referring manager based on our report and other available evidence. We will never contact your customer i.e. the referring manager.
